Iron Oak 2014 is in the books.  Rider managers Tim and Ruth Casserly, along with Tony Troyer deserve a big round of applause.  It was very well organized, great food, great volunteers, and overall it was a great event.  It was a bit chilly most mornings for those of us sleeping in tents, but it warmed up nicely during the day.

There were at least 65 riders, and the vast majority were very happy with the trails.  Saturday morning there was a bit of a kerfuffle because there was a youth deer hunt going on, and many of those participants parked in front of some of our trail marking signs, so a couple of riders missed a turn.  they were able to get back on course, and continue on.

Mary Clapper brought her Miniature horse, Tunder, who won the cuteness award!  He is the epitome of a plucky little pony.  ?
